Although we do not advocate full vegetarianism, we do believe that a diet that accords greater space to the diversity and wealth of vegetarian foods would enable everyone to feel better, not only in body and mind, but also in his or her overall environment.

All well-balanced diets depend on the variety and the quality of food consumed. Tofu and seitan cannot therefore be considered “miracle foods”, but provide a platform for each individual to make changes to his or her basic diet, health and general well-being.

Our products provide concrete solutions to the questions asked by many people who are aware that their diet is overly rich or unbalanced, but who lack knowledge of alternatives and fear that a diet lower in animal protein would lead to deficiencies or other imbalances.

We aim to reassure such people and assist them in this process and their research. We hope they experience as much pleasure as we have had over the years in discovering the many ways to cook tofu, seitan and other vegetarian culinary delights.
